Empowering veterans and at-risk youth in Palm Beach County through mentorship, opportunity, and lasting change.
The Tulip Project is a Florida-registered nonprofit serving two of our community's most vulnerable populations — veterans navigating the challenges of civilian reintegration and at-risk youth in underserved communities. We deliver evidence-informed programs that produce measurable, lasting change in the lives of those we serve.
A 12-week cohort-based reintegration program for post-9/11 and era veterans transitioning to civilian life. We provide the structured mentorship, mental health resources, and employment pathways veterans need to successfully reintegrate.
A year-round after-school and summer youth development program serving at-risk youth ages 12 to 18. We meet young people where they are and provide the structured support, mentorship, and skill-building they need to thrive.
Every program is built on evidence-informed practices with clear, measurable outcomes. Here's what we're working toward in Year 1.
Program completion rate target for enrolled participants
Veterans secure employment within 90 days of graduation
Youth improve GPA by at least 0.5 points per semester
Youth avoid juvenile justice involvement during enrollment
The Tulip Project is guided by a dedicated board of community leaders committed to transparency, accountability, and lasting impact.
Founder and organizational leader driving strategic vision and program development
Supporting leadership, operations, and community partnerships

The Tulip Project maintains full financial transparency. Our IRS Form 990, audited financial statements, and annual reports are available upon request. All donor funds are used in accordance with stated program purposes.
We use validated assessment tools (PHQ-9, PCL-5, life skills inventories) and track outcomes at 30, 60, and 90 days post-program. Annual impact reports are shared with all funders and stakeholders.
Governed by an independent Board of Directors with adopted bylaws, conflict of interest policies, whistleblower protections, and document retention policies in compliance with Florida and federal nonprofit regulations.
Our diversified funding model includes federal and state grants, foundation support, corporate sponsorships, individual donors, and fee-for-service contracts to ensure long-term program sustainability.
